Our Objective

To bring knives, cutlery and other products to you in a more affordable way along with prompt, professional service. We started RIGID Knives and Cutlery as a fun hobby but serious too. To bring exceptional deals and selection on knives and cutlery that were nowhere to be found locally to our family and friends to enjoy.

Having too much fun doing this, we decided to concentrate on a little advertisement locally to grow and wanted to bring it to the internet too.

Our growth has been mainly by "word of mouth" advertising which is the best return!

We want to keep our "very low" overhead in operating RIGID Knives and Cutlery and to be able to offer such great prices to you. With that in mind, we can't list every single item we can offer you within our store. We could but elect not to because price would suffer. By all means contact us with a specific item you desire with a make and model number (if possible) and we will surely try to accomodate with availability and low price for you.

Here at RIGID Knives and Cutlery, your information and privacy is very serious. We only gather your information for the sole purpose of performing a transaction associated with your purchase only. We will never sell, lease or solicit your information to third party entities for any reason. NEVER!

Our Company

We are a home based business without a storefront or showroom. We have a very low in house inventory and thats what keep the prices low. Most all of our orders made by customers are in turn placed by us to our supplier either that day or next business day. We usually order 2-3 times a week. Since our inception and to this day we still provide service locally through catalog sales. We provide the service of taking an order by phone, email or in person and then staying in contact with our customers during the order process to keep them updated and in most cases deliver their item(s) to them. So, if you are local to us, we can arrange for delivery or local pick-up to eliminate the shipping charges. Naturally there is normally a 3-6 day ordering process once we place your order and check each item before making shipment/delivery to you only if we do not have an item in stock. The time this takes is is surely made up with the savings you receive over retail. (we are not a drop shipper)

Note: Any store item will be noted within its description if its in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Otherwise all items are ordered.
