Returns and Refunds
Please read our poilicies concerning returns and refunds carefully as we here at RIGID Knives and
Cutlery adhere to them fully and strictly.
We want you to be happy with your purchase item(s). We know that this may not always be the
case and will give you the opportunity to return an item for a refund. If there is nothing wrong with your
item(s) in cosmetics or functionality which may occur during shipment and you are just unhappy, please contact
us first before returning and let us know (within 48 hours of receiving). We will issue a RA number (return
authorization) to be placed on the return package. We will impose a 20% restocking charge of the purchase price before
a refund will be issued and item(s) must be returned in original box and all contents and paperwork present. Please remember
we can not accept any item(s) that have been used, altered or damaged in cosmetics or functionality in any way. No exceptions!
Please understand this before returning a item as we can only accept an item where we can resell in "brand new" condition
or be able to return ourselves to our supplier for a refund. All shipping costs are non refundable. If we mistakenly
send you the wrong item, a full purchase price of item will be given upon return of the wrong item or an exchange. Please
allow for re-order time for this process to take place. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving to let us know and
give you the option for an exchange or refund.
We inspect all items for cosmetic and functionality concerns before shipping your order!
We mandate insurance on on each item shipped that will cover the purchase price total (minus
shipping). Situations can happen during shipment (very rare) that we here at RIGID Knives and Cutlery
have no control over. This assures you that if a problem does occur that you have an avenue to be able to go
for reimbursement from the shipper. We will do what we can to make that process easy for you with the shipper.
Disclaimer
You must be 18 years of age and older to purchase items from RIGID
Knives and Cutlery. Buyer assumes all liability and responsibility to all federal and their local and state laws governing
the purchase and use of all items. RIGID Knives and Cutlery assumes no responsibility or liability after the sale and shipment
of any item.
Each item listed within our website and store inventory is either in our own inventory
or our suppliers inventory at the time of each item listing. However availability is subject to change without notice.
We mainly post catalog type photos for each product. There may be cosmetic variations at times due to manufactuerer
design changes within production and photo supplied to us. RKC is not responsible for this and keeps each
item up to date. Computer monitors can have different settings which can effect visuals also. We will
never knowingly ship a wrong item or defective item to you.
RKC will always honor item prices listed at all times within our store and
website. RKC will not adjust if a price change is evident from our supplier after you make a purchase.

Shipping and Handling
We will ship your order the same or following business day after we receive
it. (immediately, if item is in stock) We will contact you when shipment has been made. Naturally we like to inspect
cosmetics and check functionality (if applicable) of each item before shipping to you. We will never knowingly ship you
a defective item. If we receive your item damaged from our supplier, we will contact you ASAP to let you know that there will
be a delay.

times are approximates. RKC has no control of shipping and is not responsible for delayed or lost items during shipping)

Over-sized & Extra Heavy Items (Does Not Apply to Ground Shipments):
Expedited Orders (Shipments
via Express, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air, excluding Ground shipments) and some USPS shipments that include over-sized items
(i.e. cookware sets/pot racks, etc) or extra heavy items (i.e. some cutting boards) may be subject to an extra charge. Ground
shipments over $100 are always free, no matter how large or heavy!
APO/FPO & Orders Requiring Delivery to a P.O. Box:
These will ship via USPS Priority
Mail. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days. Shipping rates are as follows: Orders under $99.99 are $9.95, $100
- $189.99 are $14.95, $190 - $289.99 are $19.95, $290 - $399.99 are $24.95, and orders over $400 are $29.95.
Sales Tax:
For orders that are shipping within the State of Georgia, there will be 7% sales tax
charged. For all other orders, no tax will be charged.
International Shipping:
We do ship Internationally to only the following countries: Canada, Great Britain (including England, Wales,
Scotland & Northern Ireland)
We ship via USPS Express Mail to these destinations. The minimum order for Non-US shipments is USD $100.00
Any duties/taxes that may be collected at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiver and NOT of Rigid
Knives and Cutlery.
Payment
We accept credit
card payments through Paypal.com which is a safe and secure way for you to make a payment. You "MUST" be verified and confirmed
before a order can be processed. This is to eliminate fraud. Paypal gives you the choice of making payments via credit
card, bank transfer or account balance. Our PayPal ID is:

We also accept money orders for payment. We only accept USPS Money Orders or cashiers
checks that are drawn from U.S. banks only. This is to eliminate fraud.
Both money order and cashier checks must clear before an item(s) is shipped.
